Appendix: add says that use General distance fn, which is similar to euclidian but also supports strings and dates and scales normal dist per feature.

Appendix: says that axis name "type" and "index" is ignored by general distance fn.
"class", "app", "user", "weekday", "type" is ignored by euclidian. If other dimenrsions have non-number, will crash.
Case insensitive.
